Parameter and Specification

* The galvanizing furnace is heated by natural gas. The complete furnace is heated very averagely. There is no super heat in any certain area.
* The furnace design is very good for daily maintenance. The inspection for burner, ventilation, and adjustment valve, etc is very easy and convenient.
* The burning smoke will be exhausted from furnace by blower
* The furnace is equipped with self support system which avoid furnace deformation
* The insulation wall of the furnace is made by ceramic material. The outside wall of the furnace temperature is very low. So the heat loss of the furnace is very low.
* There are different temperature control points in the outside surface of the furnace.
* The furnace temperature is controlled by two right angle thermocouples which equipped with two sensors. So we can get bottom temperature of furnace.
